Furballski

The way the Doornbos's (my maiden name) have traditionally mourned the loss of a pet is to get a new one to ease the pain quickly. I've passed this trait onto my family and in response to losing two pets in a short period, we have immediately gotten a new one to comfort our grief. Enter Furballski (traditional Polish spelling). She has done her job of distracting us from our sorrow and allowing us to move on. (Please note-us refers to myself, Payton and Joe. Neil would have preferred to continue mourning.) Officially she belongs to Joe. She is a pretty quiet cat, although she has wild cat blood in her, so we will see how she is in a few days. She is a darn cutie.
