Today's run pretty much sucked. 30 min run. I did it, but I wanted to quit. It was about 9 a.m. and already pretty hot, should have gotten an earlier start. 3.29 miles, 41:39 minutes with warm up and cool down. Pasture and back 40 twice was pretty much the 30 minutes. Proud I didn't stop but I can't say there was much postitive thought going on. Cold shower afterwards, not sure I like a.m. runs, still tired, although it could have a lot to do with the heat too. Today's Run
