That does it, I'm finally done canning for the year. I don't care if a bushel of tomatoes falls out of the sky and into my lap. I'm done!! Here is a picture of my pantry I filled with this year's harvest. There are more jars upstairs and several more have already been consumed. Besides tomatoes I also canned apple sauce, jam, beets, glazed carrots, minestrone soup and swiss chard. I think this is the most I've ever done. It's a lot of hard work but so worth it every time I crack open the seal of a jar. Wait, I just realized I may have lied. I may have to can more come the end of November if either Neil or I get a deer. Dang!
