Neil has moved onto phase 2 of residing the house. Unfortunately we were again disappointed with some of our findings. The good news is not the whole side of the house is rotten (yay!) but indeed there is yet again big sections completely rotted out (boo!). So The project we thought wouldn't be that big of a deal has proven us wrong yet again.
